7:  Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA) can help park the vehicle. However, several factors can impact RSPA performance. RSPA may not function correctly if one or more of the parking sensors is damaged, dirty or covered or if weather conditions (heavy rain, snow or fog) are interfering with the sensor operation. Always inspect the parking area with your own eyes. See Owner's Manual for details and limitations.

11: Accessory required for Exterior Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) charging capability. Vehicle-to-Load two-way charging will deplete battery and become inoperable once battery discharge limit reaches 20%. Not all electrical appliances will operate properly when using this feature. Do not use products that require a continuous power supply, and only use appliances under 16 amps. 13:  Eligible customers who purchase or lease a new 2024-2026 GV60, 2024-2026 Electrified GV70, or 2024 or 2026 Electrified G80 vehicle (each an “Eligible Vehicle”) from a participating Genesis retailer between March 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 can receive either a hardwired Level 2 ChargePoint® Home Flex EV charger (“Charger”) or a $500 out-of-home charging credit with ChargePoint (“Charging Credit”). Customer must take delivery of Eligible Vehicle from new retail stock and execute lease or purchase contract by December 31, 2025. Eligible Customers who purchase or lease an Eligible Vehicle between March 1, 2025 and March 31, 2025 (“Early Purchasers”) must redeem the Charger Offer by May 30, 2025 and hardwired installation of the Charger must be completed by July 25, 2025. Early Purchasers who select the Charging Credit Offer must redeem the Charging Credit Offer by May 30, 2025.  Charger offer cannot be redeemed in AK. Depending on the offer selected, customer will receive a coupon code for the Charger or Charging Credit. Coupon code will be sent via email within approximately five business days of offer redemption. Customers who select the Charger offer have 60 days from Eligible Vehicle lease or purchase contract date to redeem the Charger offer. Paid installation through Genesis Home is required to receive the Charger. Hardwired installation of the Charger must be scheduled through the Genesis Home Marketplace (https://genesishomemarketplace.com) and completed within 120 days of Eligible Vehicle lease or purchase contract date. Installation is conducted at customer’s expense by third party electricians sourced through Genesis Home and contracted by customers. Initial deposit required and additional costs apply. Hardwired installation available on select residential property only. Customers who select the Charging Credit offer have 60 days from Eligible Vehicle lease or purchase contract date to redeem the Charging Credit offer. Customers will have two (2) years from the date of redemption to use the Charging Credit. The 2026 GV60 will be available in Summer 2025. 14: The Electric Limited Battery Warranty covers defects in the factory workmanship or materials of the vehicle's lithium-ion battery for 10 years from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use, or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Coverage does not apply to lease and commercial vehicles or vehicles serviced or registered outside the U.S. See your Genesis Retailer and your Owner’s Manual for complete warranty details and limitations.

15: Genesis Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance is available for 2017 and newer model-year Genesis vehicles and includes Genesis-approved oil and oil filter change (except for electric vehicles), cabin air filter change and tire rotation at factory recommended scheduled intervals for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. For Genesis G90 vehicles the services also include the replacement of wiper blades, wheel alignment, and brake pads. Ownership limitations and exclusions may apply. See your retailer for details.

17:  Genesis Roadside Assistance is a limited and complimentary service for 5 years/unlimited miles from date of first use. Coverage is effective from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer, or otherwise put into service (in-service date), whichever is earlier. EXCLUSIONS
Roadside Assistance is not a warranty and does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labor, property loss, or any other expenses incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism, or other items not covered by the Genesis New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Also excluded are services for snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting or demounting of snow chains, any fines, fees, or taxes associated with impound towing as a result of any actual or alleged violation of any law or regulation. Off-roading is not covered. To receive service the vehicle must be on a publicly maintained road.

LEGAL
Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs (collectively, “AAA”), which are independent contractors of Genesis Motor America (“Genesis”). Genesis makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided by AAA and is not liable for the actions of their employees or subcontractors. Genesis reserves the right to limit services or reimbursement to any owner/driver when, in Genesis’ judgment, the claims are excessive in nature, frequency or type of occurrence.

18:  Over-the-Air (OTA) Software Updates are only available for Genesis Connected Services users. OTA Software Update support may vary by model and/or country. Only use Genesis Connected Services and corresponding devices when it is safe to do so. Cellular and GPS coverage is required. Credit card eligibility and terms are determined by the card issuing bank. Genesis Pay is currently accepted at select gas stations, charging stations and parking facilities (collectively, “Merchants”) in the U.S. Participating Merchants may not operate in all states or locations.
